Hey, can you suggest some body opponant bag drills? I've used it mostly for boxing/kickboxing 2/3 min rounds. I'm getting a bit bored and to be honest this aren't specific to non sport application.

A couple of folk offer instructional DVD's for BOB drills.
Sammy Franco of CFA has "Body Opponent Bag Training" youtube clip here
Lee Morrison of Urban Combatives also offers a DVD.

BOB is just a tool, hit BOB, >>"scrapple"<<( I think this may be trademarked Razz ) BOB,
or grapple BOB... nuffin much new in the world. Yet another clip here .
