| I bought a few Systema DVD's and ended up laughing.
It looked as though Vlad was dancing with eels in his underpants and I can not believe that the average Joe blogs would be able to perform all the Flowery moves, or that the moves would actually work in a real, aggressive street scenario. | |

Here we go again, more systema bashers...  In the video, Vlad was actually demonstrating a healing technique, relieving the ball of all it's tension and stress! Just so you know, systema is just as much about healing and relaxing your attacker, and on occasion, being there for him when his wife leaves him or when he loses his job.  THAT'S how deep it is! | |
