hope this helps I did find one I liked last year for a few months but although it was physically challenging at first because my fitness was shit, after a couple of months the sessions started to be too easy and I sort of went off it. I've found out about another club in Cardiff and I'm going to have a session their next week to see how it is. Thanks for replying | |
