Hard punch misses dude and hits concrete floor (video)

Atlthough Felony Fights are still somewhat of a match fight I think a lot can be learned from watching. One good reason I always train palm strikes to the head (standing or on the ground).
On the other side of the coin, as we can see in this clip and the other clip Sergei posted, being on the ground with some ape on top of you is no place to be.
