Garrote - Venezuelan Machete dueling. Training with the old men: FYI they are training with hardened sticks from the Lemon tree.

okay this one comes to mind for me--with an explanation. ahem...if i didn't train, i'd be this guy--doing fooking nothing and thinking i was dr. doolittle.

Sausages, SAUSAGES!
Well the dancing blob man ate probably ate them all anyway.
It's smart to train, bcause, you wouldn't want to end up fighting like this now would you?

nice. captain kirk. i think william shatner looks nowadays a bit more like that sausage eating milkshake guy. i thought my computer wasn't working and the fight was in slow motion. it looked a bit like a pillow fight in slow motion between two bath toys i especially like the clap on both ears move on the earless lizard
...then when the dogs stop talking, and milkshake man stops singing, and that girl you've been dancing withall night suddenly starts looking more like this:

Just found --> this <-- little clip. Now if this doesen't motivate you to train, what does?
BTW probably NSFW
Another waky waky for people who think daylight and other people equates to safety. That instinct is outdated. We no longer live in tribes. Daylight and people might lessen the chance of being mugged and so on but that's about it.
Being a fast runner is a good idea.
That guy didn't look like much of a fighter, maybe because he didn't get to do much. But I think a fast blade and good training could have effectively turned the tide. Or that is to say, I don't think anything less could have.
From the thugs point of view; decent murder, death, kill approach. I'm surprised the last guy didn't fall when doing that super mario stomp thing. The head being round and all... Probably just that handy wall that kept him from going ass over teakettle.

Not to derail a perfectly good thread on training inspiration videos. Just a fitting "by the way" moment.
It's time for some chimps...

Compare this clip with the one in the above post. Can you tell them apart?
This is what happens when chimps sit up late at night watching violent films. Unemployed, lacking education... To think any of those fine apes could have discovered fire or the internet, but instead they get pulled into the shady and violent banana-trade underworld...

my money's on this little devil incarnate...now this is an animal that really knows how to live:
one anecdote i've heard about honey's, or 'rattels', is that one was observed getting a cob on with a water buffalo--winning that encounter by chewing off the big animals bollocks. --in it's typical rapid and relentless style.

One of the most ridiculous, but most amazingly choreographed fights scenes - Donnie Yen in "Flashpoint": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogN9ofOZaXQ
Another ...'if only it worked like this in real life' moment with Donnie Yen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZs48lJXhxM (I particularly liked the rib shots )

wicked mythology and nasty endless kung fu...recipes for inspiration no doubt. i watch fantasy stuff and it pumps me up. i was once in the matrix theater when it first came out and two bozos broke out fighting toward the end. people might have been more involved and worried if they could actually inflict, well, damage. otherwise it was hysterical and proof possitive that we're not the only ones this sort of thing affects.
inspiration to train number, erm, 10...sharing a cell with Grossberger
