my student who's battling an exhusband-abuser, and is now presumably
with some version of someone else who isn't good for her...uhm,
lets just say she shows signs of, well, self-sabotage:

she went on a cruise with her new boyfriend, snuck out to get
ripped/pissed/drunk...he took some gift back from her claiming
it would now be for his mother (ha ha ha--well unless his mum is from
west virginia...i digress). her response was to burst with
jab/crosses--needless to say he's miffed but was gentleman
enough to just walk away...but retarded enough to not end it.

the whole world has gone mad...and i guess i'm the personal trainer
for some of those that have

Your post made me remember a quote that I have now added to the 'quotes' thread.
