As gay as it may look, grappling and BJJ are by far the most challenging mentally when "rolling" - similiar to a chess match - you have to captialize on your opponents mistakes and always plan several steps ahead.

It's still funny though...

Yeah, nothing develops sensitivity/ proprioception/ fitness and functional strength like grappling... I just dont like my gf watching me do it
