Here's a workout I did this morning with my girlfriend. Actually it was her idea. I used a 24, she had a 16.

15 minute warm up including join rotations, walking lunges, squats, heel flick jogs, high knees jogs, inner/out crescent kicks for the hip flexors, t-push ups... That got the blood flowing in itself.

7 minutes of the following - 10 two handed swings, 10 burpees. Repeat as many times as possible with as little rest as possible.

10 minute warm down with jogging, high knees, heel flicks, stretches.

And now I need a lie down.

Here is a work out that I do using KB's. Set a watch to beep at 3 min with a 1 min rest. Do a total of 10 rounds.
1. Swings
2. Clean & press
3. Squats
4. Snatches
5. Rows
6. Lunges
7. Swings
8. Push ups
9. Hindu Squats
10. Burpees

If you have to rest during the round do an active rest like jumping jacks or shadow box. I also like to change the exercises so it doesn't get so repetitive.
