Here's a workout I did this morning with my girlfriend. Actually it was her idea. I used a 24, she had a 16.
15 minute warm up including join rotations, walking lunges, squats, heel flick jogs, high knees jogs, inner/out crescent kicks for the hip flexors, t-push ups... That got the blood flowing in itself.
7 minutes of the following - 10 two handed swings, 10 burpees. Repeat as many times as possible with as little rest as possible.
10 minute warm down with jogging, high knees, heel flicks, stretches.
And now I need a lie down.
