Verbal Conflict

Just listened to the Verbal conflict pack,condensed here is a lot of common sense information and instruction not only for conflict situations but many social settings across the board.I will now try to apply the information to what I do and say, as the points made therein are well worth the price paid,I would say to anyone listen to it, apply it, you want go far wrong.
