Based on Florida's self-defense laws, I would be justified in shooting him.

Well once he walked infront of the car or the rear of the car I'd gun it. Hopefully it would knock him off his feet and then I could run him over back and forth. Then I'd get out and tell him "That's what I'm talkin' about....bitch" cheers
