hi guys.
there wqas an intresting talk in the gym this week. the subect was
"WHAT MOTIVATES YOU, WHAT MAKES YOU PUSH YOU LIMITS, MAKES YOU TRAIN HARDER?"
my response was "that their is always someone better and the more i train, the harder and faster i can hit, the more i can hurt them, the stronger i can get will make me better then the next man".
when you go to the gym actually pick some one out and just train harder then thay do on that day. pick some one different everytime as people train at different intensities (spelt right? lol). IF you have a training pertner have some "healthy" competion. think "i have to train harder and better to be better then they ar". and it works, in a short spoace of time you make some really good gains.
SO, what drive YOU to train. to BE the best?
