i've long since been aware that the criminals will often invest
alot in those they seek to harm keeping law abiding values
in their defenses and aftermaths. it is the presumption that affords
victimizers relaxed exhales--on a large scale.
as a security guard, i've always run into--in my past career, people
who suddenly felt they were stand ins for 'perry mason'...asking me
questions like, "yeah, but did you see me actually do it?" as if, after
nicking something, putting everything into a working assumption of
playing nice. i often walked a tight wire--when certain, of ethics...always
aware of my district and what kind of person i had in front of me.
whilst my PC has no sound, the images are clear enough.
guy kills cop, looks smug as he prepares for long jail sentence, then
gets what people all over the world get when they affect people so
deeply after such an act--cosmetic surgery.
