hallo everyone,new beginner here!!

Hi ya one and all.My names Paul im 38,now living norway!!!........and alittle over weight......alright about 15kgs over anyway up until 2yrs ago i was quit fit,playing football 3\5 times a week.until one evening out of the blue i was savagely attacked by a football(thats right...a football)long story short football 1 me 0!! 2yrs,7 wrist ops and 2 ankle ops later im ready to train again been interested in ritchies web site for quite awhile now and have decided to purchase the starter pack.anyway,i look forward to talking to you all and getting your advice(and maybe even giving some)
