| Warm up for a few minutes however you like (swings, shadowboxing, star jumps etc) then try this. 5x overhead kettlebell press and squat on each arm and then, 5x pullup rest a minute and repeat for declining sets of 4,3,2,1. Finish with a minute of front plank and 30 seconds side plank. Stretch out and done. Quick and easy. Well, quick anyway. | |
