| I noticed an impressive 'happy slapping' display on "SAS Fight Secrets"- Youtube, and thought I'd poke my nose in. I'm 50, had few years of kickboxing(ish), Wing Chun, JKD, but haven't trained for 10 years now. Also pretty confused after that lot too. But seeing the vid, I'd say it looked about where my thinking's reached regarding what's practical. Which I'm sure must have put your mind at rest.  | |
