Introduction

Hi Everyone, I hope I'm not taking any room up here with a meaningless post. I just felt if I was to be part of this forum, I should probably introduce myself. I have purchased several of Richard's dvd's and NLP cd's and they are amazing. I'm really glad I found Richard Grannon and Bob Spour.

I'm from Toronto Canada, and my martial backround includes training in systema and also some Karate before that. While I have a few dvd's of some other "RBSD" instructors and they are great, I really just want to have the best of the best and I beleive I have found it here in Richard Grannon's website and materials.

I look forward to reading the articles in this forum and if I have anything worth saying or asking I will give my two cents opinion! : )

I dont have any training partners but I do have a "B.O.B" Body Opponent bag.
