aaah, all PUA material makes this mistake... go look up Robert Dilts Neurological Levels... modelling behaviours is the weakest level of modelling- the real levels are further down the rabbit hole- only rank amateurs model at that level

Well, it has helped. But he was certainly already a top class actor by then.

By those days, these professionals were very good all around.


White heat is a film you have to see.

excellent character, one of my favourites in any book. not enough of him in some of the novels imo. that sort of cold controlled rage is the perfect mindset for a martial artist i reckon.
