Amazingly fast modded wing chun?

struck me as wing chun with the speed and angles of the attacks. Does wing chun actually have kicks that high tho? the only wing chun kicks ive seen are below the waist? meh does anyone find things moving fast makes you hesitate and second guess a defence/attack? (I dont mean in that in the punch for block mentality, more that when the opponent starts moving fast in no particular pattern). Dunno it seems to set off my ''oh fuck oh fuck'' alarm and seems to divert my attention, anyone got a way of overcomming this?

not sure how attainable that level is to the average guy.
If you have time to put into it then why not, but I think there are faster ways to make yourself a hard target than trying to turn yourself into the Little Dragon.
