Re annoying gumtree guy

A quick check of the web address supplied (http://www.webwizardspro.co.uk/ )shows it registered to a different name with contact details withheld. Whereas if you check Richies site (streetfightsecrets.com) you will find it registered in his name with full contact details and even a phone number. This does not suggest a dodgy spam marketer trying to hide!

What would be the point of Richie starting a different web site selling same products with his name all over it and then registering it with a false name? lets face it you found his site easily enough! Far more likely explanation is a dubious affiliate seller or even someone who is ripping Richies DVD's off and pirating them for his own profit. Or it could be any number of other things!

Whatever the truth of the matter the first point of contact should be a private email (or even a phone call) to the person concerned to check the facts rather than a slanging match on a public forum before even checking if this is anything to do with forum owner. if that fails why not report the matter to the hosting company or registrar for the website concerned, this is customary in spam complaint matters, for your information

apology accepted... I dont really understand what happened but the guy in question is a chap called Pete who is from the midlands. Three years ago when streetfightsecrets.com was a failed business enterprise called streetfightek.com that I was looking to close down he bought 500 copies of "cage to street" from me in one go.
He has my permission to sell those remaining DVDs. I know he is a bit of a wheeler dealer and he to be fair he taught me a lot about how to use ebay properly.
Im a bit miffed that he lists my dvds alongside bizzare mixes of products like penis enlargment pills and sheds (?!) on ebay but a deal is a deal.
I can see he is still selling other DVDs of mine that he doesnt have permission to sell from the web wizard website and Im also not too HP that he is spamming and bringing me into disrepute.
Other than apologising for the inconvenience a former associate is causing, there aint much else I can do- I have lost all contact details for him.
His ebay handle is infocdworld if anyone has further issue to take up with him, I wont be bothering as its not that big a deal to me.

It always does one well to take a deep breath and look at the facts before responding to a percieved threat too quickly...
