| Excellent little tutorial. Muay Thai was the first ever martial art I took seriously, stayed with it for a year, left when a so-called friend nicked my girlfriend. I was 17. The explanation of why not to hunch forward is the clearest explanation I have had as with placing of elbow shots. That crew are all doing MMA now. | |
