after listening to the nlp psychology of violence cd's i heard richie mention reality tunnels alot,
im kinda confused though on this how would you break down your old ones and replace them with new ones

well its your beliefs that create the "co ordinates" for your reality tunnel... as it s a reflection of your map of reality...

so rather than me writing an essay lets look at some possible ways of changing beliefs

if you think you've got a good idea of what kind of "reality tunnel" you've been experiencing up to now and what kind of way of interpreting your reality you would like to experience then you are half way there.

The more specific you are with your preferences the easier it is to make that change. Dont expect it to be smooth though, changing your unconscious expectations and interpretations brings massive change quickly, which of course isnt always fun. Going through something similar myself right now. Turbulence- pah!
