CD or DVD?

i've been looking to purchase some of the stuff on streetfightsecrets.com yet i cannot decide whether to get the CD or the DVD versions. can anyone tell me what the main differences are between the cds and the dvds? i am working to build my self confidence, my willingness to engage in violent situations and to eradicate fear, can anyone recommend which dvd(s) or cd(s) would be best to start with?

I think only the psychology of violence stuff exists both on CD and DVD, but they're all different products, so to call them versions of one another would be incorrect.
