IN SHORT: if you're as much a minimalist as i am and wish to get on with life but are prepared to
put the quality in your workouts that train for fights--this streamlines perfectly. i thought i streamlined,
but some things i do naturally i have neglected to incorporate for my students benefit, other things i
just have little to know exposure with [
BJJ no; JUDO yes...for instance]. it was nice to hear the anecdotes of mauling and it's place in the road to excalation. nice to re'iterate some of the thoughts on
what comes last in the training and it's likelihood to come out of you under pressure, first. sound advice from a master pugilist who's got the brain/psychology thing down--key ingredient as we all answer to
our mental states largely. the brain is a great servent, and terrible master. one can get control of the reigns if one knows how yours and your attackers works. very cool.
i was rivited to all three parts--and felt like i was interrupted in some intimate moment when my "in law"
came in to ask me a few questions. almost said, "DO YOU MIND?"
