that was cool. forcing their hands in. i have done this off and on, only to
forget. it's like i haven't taken notes mentally on things because i haven't
really been tuned in [long run] on what's sinking in. i used to grab hold
of student's wrists in frustration and pull them "chasing me down" toward
me with drive through. like a puppet. i haven't done that in ages, and now
after seeing your stuff, i'm sure i should be thinking about it again. especially
the shot placement stuff for the beginner's level. i think i get so frustrated,
i [on occasion] cripple myself for affective teaching. then [and here's my
mistake] i pull out alot of sound teaching but with great annoyance and
agression behind it giving the whole presentation a hint of 'spanking' and
not 'nurturing'. not sure if that will sink in properly [mia culpa].
