Not sure if this has ever been posted before, if it has then apologies. This is some of the dog brothers using sticks & the movement being caught on slow motion camera. Rus & I were talking yesterday about developing grip strength by using repeated striking with a stick on heavy bag or tree & so rather than just pm this to him, I thought others might want to watch.

You can see quite clearly the movement of force from the striking area of the stick, through the arm that holds it.

Its also making me think that I should get a crappy old car tire & make a striking target out of that, maybe part wrap it with foam for kunckles & elbows, unwrapped for palms & weapons.
