I wish I knew what type of bar that is, that is not your standard steel/iron bar mind you. I looked into that a while back when I was heavy into breaking shit. I even sent steel bars off to be tempered... when I got them back, they broke alright... but like glass, pointy shards all over the place.

Hmm, well they weren't bars really were they, more like plates. If they were round then I doubt you'd beable to do as many in a minute!

I thought they were cast iron, based on hearing that you can smash a cast-iron bathtub with a lump hammer.
(I learnt that after me and my boss carried a cast-iron bathtub down three flights of cramped stairs).
