How Bored Are You?

And now for something a little light-hearted amongst some of the seriousness that’s going on here lately.

Ever see those books called “Where’s Wally?” or ‘Waldo?’ if you’re in the states.

Well, this is 'Where’s Shaf'. So if you’re really bored, you can entertain yourself by seeing if you can spot me amongst the crowd at this seminar which somebody has posted on youtube.

Tip: I’m wearing an olive green tshirt/beige bottoms and you’ll only see me during the ‘action’ scenes, not just sitting there. And you’ll only see me once in each clip. And I'm wearing glasses

1st vid, Okay, think you back is towards us at the end of the scene "ballooning" at someone. Great vid on body language and command voice. Rory miller writes that he uses the "personal" line when confronting prisoners to get bottle drop. they arent fighting the system. they are fighting him.

2nd vid. Cant see you. Saw Lee Morrisson, noticed he was mentioned in the first vid. Got quite a few of his vids. Did you speak to him? Would like to train with him one day. He references ritchie in a couple of his vids, Fear & Control of state.
Was watching the wrestling move on a Russell Stutely vid, last night. Must give it a go. Control on the ground was good, same way I have been taught. Like Geoff, carl has a history with Judo.

3rd vid. Pete Consterdine. Power puncher extradinaire. British Karate king. Got pavement arena with geoff on vid & man , can he hit! Think that was you just past the mid of the vid. Cant see you. Shit quality vid.

4th vid. & there you go. power punching with Pete Consteredine. BCA must have some good seminars. When was this sharif? A hell of a lot of people though. I thought the last & first seminar I went to was busy. How wrong i am. Having trouble getting the last vid to load. Beautiful explanation of generating power with the cha cha cha. Blackops, that's not me ballooning. He does have the same coloured tshirt though. This seminar was about 4 years ago now. I look so young in those clips - and a LOT has changed for me since those days. Definitely got some lines in that youthful face now.
I did have a little chat with Lee. But I don't think I was the first. I got the impression he wanted to hurry up and get home lol.

The beers I'm drinking now are from a local brewery that isn't local anymore. Owned by Carlsberg or Pepsi or somethign these days.

But yes, you DO see the brand on the glass, whether or not that is the beer IN the glases. and repeated exposere to good feelings associeted with that, cold do "something."

They say it's hard to influence? BS! It's easy to influence. It's out-influencing the competition that is hard.

Mike, doubt it has much to do with IQ per se, as it is related to the filtering & processing of the visual cortex. I could slip into either way of seeing after a couple of mins. Word of warning though, your eyesight is probably damaged by the endless self abuse you put yourself through, mind you If I had a dick that small I'd have to squint.

I am fortunate to have gone through the teetering on alcoholism at 28, which lead to a full stop & reassessment. I drink for fun, now, not oblivion.

Now beer. Norwegian beer? I think people care more about qualtity than quality here.

But Ringnes is all right. Right at this moment I'm drinking Nordlands Pils. Owned by southern ringnes, itself owned by Carlsberg. I don't drink a lot of beer though. A couple beers at most. Booze is the shit when drinking for real. Less hangover, more fun. Beer makes you sleepy. Now with booze, if you know people you might get 96% good quality alcohol. That's the real stuff.I don't like being drunk though. I dislike drugs in general. I'm a control freak. Conscious clarity is control. Plus when drinking out, drunkenness is a liability. I try to have fun through the social good environment, while limiting my drunkenness by drinking little and slow. And on a full stomach. Then drinking loads of water and eating a lot of food before sleeping, and never going to sleep on a rising intoxication.

I migtht drink out a couple times a year these days. And have a few beers at home every now and then. I've never like being DRUNK. I mean fuck, the things I've done!

We're talking rooftops, vandalism, ROLLING dow the streets, THROWING money at people. One time I persuaded the bartender chick to give me all her tabasco so I could shot it, then flush it down with a shot of tequila. After eating all of the salsa dip. Then I did it again. The spice made me drool, so the doormen reasonaby assumed I was about to throw up, so they hatsily led me outside , although to the best of my fickle memory I never did. The only clue I found in my pocket upon waking up on the floor fully clothed the next day was the absence of vomit anywhere (not even my nose) and a receipt for one beer at the closest club.

Shit me and this Ausitralian exchange student even fashieioned a alcohol refinery out of a coffee pot , a freezer and some rubber hose from the train station. But the booze was yellow and smelled of rubber, go figure. Damn rubber hose!

Shit, a night's worth of jaggerbombs gave me the power of the rock-boner. Wayyyy to much caffeine! The pain of hangover was just too much for me to make use of it.

I suppose with a painkiller I wouldn't give a fuck, so I COULD cive a fuck.
