On the description on Youtube it lists the influences as Ninjitsu, Systema & Wing Chun. All good healthy sources of realistic self defense.

But it can only be seen on YouTube I can not remember what it was called but if you goggled Renaissance Martial Arts documentary I am shore it cold be found.
