Hi Richie so what would the main difference between the two? Is one applying the beta 8 material in live drills and the other how to train the live drills?

my one "Beta-8 Train Hard Fight Easy" is a sort of exploration of the Beta-8 syllabus but I wanted to show applications... ok I really wanted to see if applied combatives looked cool in fight scene format and the Beta-8 seemed like a good place to start- I think it does! the DVD covers all kinds of things like explosivity, hitting people where they dont expect it, your game plan etc etc

"Sparring for the Street" is Peter's DVD and I am just his meat puppet! Its about one hour 20 minutes long and in it Peter wanted to explore how to drill for a street context. I really got a lot out of it, but having never seen the finished product cant tell you how it stands up as an instructional peice of material- there are loads of clips from it on youtube https://www.youtube.com/user/GwailoDragon
