my other favorite quote is something about goosiing your testosterone from
using your morning, erm, chubby.
i'm mixed on the point though. all the taoist stuff sort of points to minimizing
on 'too' much sex as one gets older [in men] as it sort of demands too much and holds
so much of the body's energy. i guess the point is that it makes more generate, but
i have to differ as while a young and unattractive lad, i had the agro and forward drive
of a wild animal for weights, push-ups, etc... sex correlation definitely depleted it [energy].
first girlfriend=less on the bench press, etc...
the only point i 'poo-poo'd'.
otherwise it was awesome.
also, when you are a dad--of two or more, you don't get much opportunity for sex--my
testosterone and energy levels have been growing back to 'off the charts'. again, more
personal proof against that one point. none of the others though.
and i don't get enough sleep--darn it!!!
