This thread it making my head hurt

As I try once again to walk away from this dear thread, I leave (or try to) with some final words...

One is that the last couple of posts from Richie and Blackops have caused me to have a re-look at the whole East/West, Natural/pharmaceutical pradigmy things. So thanks for that. I'd much rather learn something new than push a previously held idea down someone else's throat - it's how I learn and the only way wisdom can be gained.

I am fully aware of the money-grabbing nature or the natural health industry though... it was H&B/GNC who I worked for all those years. Managing some of their London stores.

But what I will mostly take away from this thread, is the sweet knowledge that I now know exactly how to wind Matt up and how to bait the hook in a way that he will find too irresistible not to bite
