Not particularly funny (except for the accent) but maybe more interesting...

I refer the honorable gentlemen to my response on the Conspiracy theory thread a few weeks ago.

Everyone is winging it.

& to cover up for this fact layers of bureaucracy are implimented. & this isnt just some theory I span out of my head, years of civil service work in various roles has led me to this conclusion.

Worst question to ask in any of the public sector jobs I've had relating to policy is "why...."
